Today Penguin Random House, the parent company of Del Rey, announced a 3 book box set of the Thrawn Trilogy
According to the Amazon listing, it will be available for Kindle at $22.99 and Paperback for $48 and will be available on May 31st 2022. It is currently available for pre order at Apple Books, Barnes & Noble, Books A Million, Google Play and Kobo as well as the aforementioned Amazon. The listing has the following description.

Box art and how the set will look have not been revealed yet though at the price point it can be assumed that these will be collecting the recently released trade paperback sized Essential Legends Collection editions. However if it turns out to be of something else we'll be sure to update you all.
